We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Construction Project Estimator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project supervision efforts, ensuring budgets, schedules, and safety standards are met. This position requires expertise in preconstruction processes, estimating, subcontract management, and construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee total project supervision effort including preconstruction and construction administration.
- Setup and lead all preconstruction subcontractor meetings.
- Support on-site safety efforts and administer safety culture and program.
- Manage subcontracting, project insurance, permit acquisition, pay applications, and project close-out.
- Supervise and support the Project Engineer in their duties.
Experience and Skill Set:
- Minimum 2 years of on-the-job experience as an Asst. Project Manager or equivalent.
- Preferred - Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook, and RedTeam.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- OSHA 10Hr certification.
